The Non-Engineers Issues

Question : A Non-Engineer can really crack CAT with 100%ile? My Answer: 1. You may be beginning from scratch, but your concepts/knowledge may not be at a novice level. You may have some skills/knowledge that you developed over the years.  So, step 1 - find out where you are now Take a mock test.... Do analysis.... understand where you are [you could take one of the old CATs from 2017-2019]. 2. Now that you know where you are, set a target - a section wise.  Say VARC + DILR + QA  60+40+70 = 150 or 70 + 30 + 70 = 170 or 60+50+70 = 180...... etc. (whichever you think is most realistic) 3. Come up with a plan VARC -  VA : 50 questions each on PJ, PS, OS RC : 50 RC passages [to get the skills] DILR - Do 100 sets to get the skills QA - start with the topics/areas that you have forgotten.
